But he won't let me have a cat, so the chances of getting a bunny are pretty much out of reach for me. A girl can dream though! This is Bunny with a Gift by MO Manning available in rubber at Stamping Bella.
He/she was stamped with memento ink on Bella's BESTEST paper and coloured the bunny primarily with pencils. Copics were mostly used for the reds, oranges and greens in likely these combo's:
R22, 24, 27 and 59 for the hat and bow,
YR01, 02, 4 and 7 for the carrot and
G40, 82, yG93, and 67 for the carrot top.
To finish it up, I paired her with some Basic Grey Jovial 6x6 paper and added glitter to the carrot top and the santa hat. I couldn't find a Bella sentiment in my stash that fit the void space so went looking in my archives and found this vintage looking Crafty Secrets sentiment that fit perfectly! Except that after I stamped it I kept chanting 'Ho Ho Ho Green Giant' in my head all day! I think it was a curse!
Tomorrow, something different again! Not vintage like this bunny, but another clean, contemporary, BUT NOT WHITE card!
Stay tuned!
Linda

Linda, your colouring is so gorgeous!! I love the soft texture you created on the bunny, and your background shading is always just perfect. Beautiful!!
I love this card Linda! This has been a treat you posting a card a day! I love how you gave that sweet bunny, texture on his fur! I remember you showing us how to do that in class....I hope I can remember that technique...I LOVE IT!

What a cute card with an adorable image. Love bunnies and really love this stamp. TFS!
Adorable & beautifully colored....as usual....!
OK, me again about the "Frosty" card and sorry I can't link comments to that card. I do love the new bunny one too! But re: Frosty, I've been trying to cut the nestability pendants on my cuttlebug and I've now broken both the C plate AND the whole cuttlebug itself! I have tons of nestabilities and have never had this problem before where they will not cut and I have to wedge additional cardboard shims in. Do you have any tricks/secrets before I go buy another 'bug? I love this card so much that I don't want to give up on it!! Thanks Linda
Jane....oh my you are having troubles! okay, let's do this in email. on the right hand side of my blog, under my little about me picture there is a link that says click her to email me. do that and just send me an email and then i can respond without getting all wordy here.
Jane, me again...I don't have a bug, I have a Big Shot that I have had for YEARS, like when they first came out even before the bug came out. I have never had a single problem with it and personally, I think it is a better sturdier machine. It comes with an easy to use platform and you don't have to mess with A plates, B plates etc. I'm SOOOO sorry you are having such grief with frosty. He was really one of the easier cards I have ever made!
Shut the front door ho!!! This is amazing, look at you making a card a day, you rock!
Hi Linda- for some reason your email link doesnt work for me. Mine is janemurphy51758@gmail.com if that helps. My new cuttlebug seems tighter and if I do 2 passes with the die, rotating it, it seems to work fairly well. But you consider that an easy card??!! Beautiful, but jeez, for 30 cards I'm cutting hundreds of dies (120 just of the little pendant on each side alone) and that's before I even get to the coloring! You are really impressive!!
